Race Packs

Your race number will be assigned to you at registration. To collect your number you need to make your way down to the collection desks on Sunday morning. It will take around 15 minutes to collect your number. The earlier you get there, the more efficient we will be on the day. If you have your own pins then that would be great but we will have supplies if needed.
Your timing chip will be attached to the bottom of your race bib. Please remove the strip and attach it to your shoe shiny side up as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race. At the finish, you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back).

The entry list can be found HERE.

When you receive your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!

Please listen closely to all marshal instructions and remember to keep a safe distance from the runners around you.

Hygiene Stations

There will be multiple hygiene stations around the event village and start/finish area for all participants to use throughout the event. These will have hand sanitiser, tissue and bins for the disposal of any tissue or litter.

We will have an informal baggage drop for this event. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage tent within the stadium and they will help you find your baggage.

During the race

The start and finish of the race will be inside Sixfields Stadium and will take in a loop of the closed roads around Northampton.

There will be marshals all around the course as well as KM markers.

You can see the course map HERE.

Please note that there is a strict 90 minute cut off time for the 10k distance due to the road closures in place.

Spitting and nasal clearance during the race is NOT permitted.

There will be water provided at the 5k point on course and there will also be water available at the finish. Please bring your own water to the event to avoid congestion on the course. We recommend staying hydrated in the lead up to the event.

Spectators are more than welcome to attend, you can watch the start and finish from the stands of the Stadium.

After the race

Do NOT stop within the finish area. Please continue through the finish until you pass the medals and are in an open space.

There will be sealed ACTIPH water bottles at the finish for each runner to collect along with your medal, Love Corn and bounce bar which will be laid out on tables for you to help yourself.

We ask that once you have collected your medal and water to leave the event village as soon as possible to avoid groups congregating within the event village.
